How To Share Airtable Tables
- Open Your Airtable Base: Log in to your Airtable account and select the base you want to share.
- Click on "Share": Find the "Share" button in the top right corner of the screen.
- Select Sharing Options: Choose whether to share with specific people or create a shareable link.
- Set Permissions: Decide if the recipients can edit, comment, or only view the table.
- Invite Collaborators: Enter email addresses of people you want to share with, if applicable.
- Copy Shareable Link: If using a link, click to copy it for sharing.
- Send Invitations: If inviting via email, click "Send" to notify your collaborators.
- Check Shared Status: Review who has access and their permissions in the sharing settings.
