How To Share An Airtable Base
- Open Your Airtable Base: Log in to your Airtable account and select the base you want to share.
- Click on "Share": Find the "Share" button at the top right corner of the screen.
- Select Sharing Options: Choose how you want to share the base (link, email, or workspace).
- Set Permissions: Decide if the person can edit, comment, or just view the base.
- Copy the Share Link: If sharing via link, click to copy the generated link.
- Send the Link: Share the link via email or messaging apps to your intended recipients.
- Invite Collaborators: If inviting via email, enter their email addresses and send the invite.
- Confirm Sharing: Check that the recipients have access and the correct permissions.
