How To Forward A Ticket In Zendesk
- Log In: Access your Zendesk account.
- Open Ticket: Find and select the ticket you want to forward.
- Click on Forward: Look for the forward option in the ticket actions.
- Enter Recipient: Type in the email address of the person you want to forward the ticket to.
- Add a Message: Optionally, include a note or message for the recipient.
- Send: Click the send button to forward the ticket.
