How To Export Zendesk Tickets As CSV
- Log in to Zendesk: Access your Zendesk account with your credentials.
- Navigate to the Admin Center: Click on the gear icon to open the Admin settings.
- Select "Reports": Find the "Reports" section in the Admin Center menu.
- Go to "Tickets": Choose the "Tickets" option to view ticket data.
- Filter Tickets: Apply any filters to narrow down the tickets you want to export.
- Click on "Export": Look for the export option, usually at the top right corner.
- Choose CSV Format: Select CSV as your preferred file format for export.
