How To Export Zendesk Tickets As CSV

  1. Log in to Zendesk: Access your Zendesk account with your credentials.
  2. Navigate to the Admin Center: Click on the gear icon to open the Admin settings.
  3. Select "Reports": Find the "Reports" section in the Admin Center menu.
  4. Go to "Tickets": Choose the "Tickets" option to view ticket data.
