How To Change The Account Owner In Zendesk
- Log In: Sign in to your Zendesk account.
- Go to Admin Center: Click on the gear icon to access settings.
- Select People: Find the "People" section in the sidebar.
- Find Current Owner: Search for the current account owner’s profile.
- Edit Profile: Click on the owner’s name to open their profile.
- Change Owner: Look for the option to change the account owner.
- Select New Owner: Choose the new account owner from the list.
- Save Changes: Click the save button to confirm the new owner.
- Notify New Owner: Inform the new owner about the change.
