How To Change The Account Owner In Zendesk

  1. Log In: Sign in to your Zendesk account.
  2. Go to Admin Center: Click on the gear icon to access settings.
  3. Select People: Find the "People" section in the sidebar.
  4. Find Current Owner: Search for the current account owner’s profile.
  5. Edit Profile: Click on the owner’s name to open their profile.
  6. Change Owner: Look for the option to change the account owner.
  7. Select New Owner: Choose the new account owner from the list.
  8. Save Changes: Click the save button to confirm the new owner.
