How To Create A Sharing Rule In Salesforce

  1. Log In to Salesforce: Access your Salesforce account.
  2. Go to Setup: Click on the gear icon in the top right corner.
  3. Search for Sharing Settings: Type "Sharing Settings" in the Quick Find box.
  4. Select Sharing Rules: Scroll down to the Sharing Rules section.
  5. Click New: Start creating a new sharing rule.
  6. Choose Rule Type: Select either "Owner-based" or "Criteria-based" sharing rule.
  7. Name Your Rule: Give your sharing rule a descriptive name.
  8. Select Object: Choose the object for which you want to create the rule.
