How To Activate DKIM Key In Salesforce

  1. Log in to Salesforce: Access your Salesforce account.
  2. Go to Setup: Click on the gear icon and select "Setup."
  3. Search for DKIM: In the Quick Find box, type "DKIM" and select "DKIM Keys."
  4. Create a New Key: Click on "Create New DKIM Key."
  5. Fill in Key Details: Enter the key name and select the domain.
  6. Generate the Key: Click on "Generate" to create the DKIM key.
  7. Copy the Public Key: Save the generated public key for DNS settings.
  8. Access Your Domain DNS: Log in to your domain registrar's website.
  9. Add DKIM Record: Create a new TXT record with the public key.
  10. Return to Salesforce: Go back to the DKIM Keys page in Salesforce.
  11. Activate the Key: Click on "Activate" next to your DKIM key.
  12. Verify Activation: Check the status to ensure the key is active.
