How To Activate DKIM Key In Salesforce
- Log in to Salesforce: Access your Salesforce account.
- Go to Setup: Click on the gear icon and select "Setup."
- Search for DKIM: In the Quick Find box, type "DKIM" and select "DKIM Keys."
- Create a New Key: Click on "Create New DKIM Key."
- Fill in Key Details: Enter the key name and select the domain.
- Generate the Key: Click on "Generate" to create the DKIM key.
- Copy the Public Key: Save the generated public key for DNS settings.
- Access Your Domain DNS: Log in to your domain registrar's website.
- Add DKIM Record: Create a new TXT record with the public key.
- Return to Salesforce: Go back to the DKIM Keys page in Salesforce.
- Activate the Key: Click on "Activate" next to your DKIM key.
- Verify Activation: Check the status to ensure the key is active.
