How To Schedule A Message In Teams

  1. Open Microsoft Teams: Launch the Teams app on your device.
  2. Select a Chat: Go to the chat where you want to send the scheduled message.
  3. Type Your Message: Write the message you want to schedule.
  4. Click on the Send Icon: Look for the paper airplane icon.
  5. Choose Schedule Send: Select the option to schedule your message.
  6. Set Date and Time: Pick the date and time for when you want the message to be sent.
  7. Confirm Scheduling: Click on the confirm button to finalize your scheduled message.
  8. Check Scheduled Messages: Review your scheduled messages in the chat.
