How To Ping Someone On Teams
- Open Microsoft Teams: Launch the Teams application on your device.
- Select the Chat Tab: Click on the "Chat" icon on the left sidebar.
- Find the Person: Scroll or use the search bar to locate the person you want to ping.
- Click on Their Name: Select their name to open the chat window.
- Type Your Message: Enter your message in the text box at the bottom.
- Send the Message: Press "Enter" to send your message and ping them.
- Use @Mention (Optional): Type "@" followed by their name to notify them directly.
