How To Make Someone A Presenter In Microsoft Teams

  1. Open Microsoft Teams: Launch the app or website.
  2. Join a Meeting: Enter the meeting where you want to make someone a presenter.
  3. Locate Participants List: Click on the "Participants" icon.
  4. Find the Person: Scroll through the list to find the person you want to promote.
  5. Click on More Options: Select the three dots next to their name.
