How To Make Someone A Presenter In Microsoft Teams
- Open Microsoft Teams: Launch the app or website.
- Join a Meeting: Enter the meeting where you want to make someone a presenter.
- Locate Participants List: Click on the "Participants" icon.
- Find the Person: Scroll through the list to find the person you want to promote.
- Click on More Options: Select the three dots next to their name.
- Select "Make a Presenter": Choose this option from the dropdown menu.
- Confirm Changes: The person is now a presenter and can share their screen.
