How To Create A Teams Meeting
- Open Microsoft Teams: Launch the Teams app on your device.
- Go to Calendar: Click on the "Calendar" tab on the left sidebar.
- Select New Meeting: Click on the "New Meeting" button at the top right.
- Fill in Meeting Details: Enter the meeting title, date, time, and duration.
- Add Participants: Type in the email addresses of people you want to invite.
- Set Meeting Options: Choose whether it’s a recurring meeting or add any other settings.
- Save the Meeting: Click the "Save" button to schedule the meeting.
- Share the Link: Copy the meeting link and share it with participants if needed.
